Shoes ship through AliveShoes per their timelines. Hair oils ship in 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Shoes: follow AliveShoes return policy. Hair oils: unopened items within 14 days; buyer pays return shipping. Contact us first.

Our hair oils are cosmetics. We do not make medical claims. Perform a patch test before use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

We collect only what we need to fulfill orders or respond to messages. We don't sell your data. If we change this policy, we’ll update this page.
